Sr. Full Stack .NET Developer – Hybrid, Wilmington, DE
Contract: 12+ months
Pay: $75–$85+/hr

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Sr. Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud, and Angular frameworks. You’ll support a major banking client by modernizing applications, migrating legacy systems to the cloud, and building scalable, secure solutions for enterprise banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using WebForms, .NET MVC, C#, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Migrate existing .NET web applications to Azure Cloud.
• Develop complex web applications including SSO authentication, data modeling with Entity Framework Core, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Lead and oversee complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts.
• Act as a technical lead and individual contributor on major projects, while mentoring junior developers.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and technology staff from technical analysis through user acceptance testing.
• Prepare test data, review and execute test plans, and perform debugging as needed.
• Analyze highly complex interdependencies between programs, interfacing applications, and platforms.
• Create and maintain thorough technical and functional specifications and systems documentation.
• Prepare and review technical assessments, including time and effort estimations.
• Ensure optimal performance and effectiveness of supported applications.
• Recommend new technologies or processes and lead technical evaluations of vendor software.
• Adhere to and promote development standards and procedures.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of supported applications, environments, and technologies.
• Support capital and expense budget development.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular and UI frameworks (PrimeNG or KendoUI).
• 5+ years of .NET Core (v6+) and .NET Framework (v4.8) using C#.
• 3+ years of experience developing Web APIs.
• 5+ years working with ASP.NET WebForms.
• 3+ years of experience using Entity Framework Core.
• 3+ years of unit testing experience and familiarity with mocking tools.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server.
• 2+ years of experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including refactoring/migrating WebForms apps to Azure.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks.
• 2+ years of DevOps experience (CI/CD scripting and support).
• Integration experience with platforms like DocuSign or FileNet
