    Principal IT Finance Analyst
    Direct Hire | North Canton, OH (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 WFH)

    As the Principal IT Finance Analyst, you’ll be the critical bridge between Finance and IT—translating complex business needs into smart technology solutions while keeping enterprise financial systems running at peak performance. This isn’t a back-office support role. You’ll be highly visible, working directly with Finance leadership and executive stakeholders, driving digital transformation initiatives that have real, lasting impact across a global organization.

    What You Will Do

    • Own the relationship between Finance business stakeholders and IT—serving as the go-to resource for enterprise financial systems
    • Partner with Finance leadership to understand where the business is headed and build the technology roadmap to get there
    • Lead end-to-end IT projects across Finance—from initial requirements through implementation, testing, and beyond
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and enterprise software solutions that support Finance transformation goals
    • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and development teams to design and maintain secure, scalable system integrations
    • Drive software upgrades, release management, and ongoing platform maintenance with minimal disruption to the business
    • Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions by integrating newly acquired organizations into existing financial systems
    • Champion continuous improvement across system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
    • Keep documentation sharp—business processes, technical procedures, and application support frameworks all need a steady hand

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • 6+ years supporting enterprise Finance systems, business applications, or IT business analysis
    • Proven track record leading technology projects from planning through go-live
    • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based enterprise applications, and system integrations
    • Deep understanding of Finance business processes and the enterprise systems that support them
    • Comfortable working within audit, governance, and compliance environments
    • A natural communicator who can hold their own in a room with Finance executives and IT architects alike
