They are seeking an Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Developer to join the team at the ground floor of this initiative.

This is a hybrid role — you will configure Oracle Cloud modules AND write the SQL, integrations, and reports that bring those configurations to life. If you have built your career as a techno-functional resource on PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Ellucian, or a similar enterprise ERP, and you are ready to bring that skill set into the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, we want to hear from you.

The company has dedicated Business Systems Analysts who own requirements gathering. Your focus is execution — configuring modules, building integrations, developing reports, and making the system work.  Awesome ground floor, Cloud ERP implementation opportunity!

    What You Will Do

    • Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM and/or CIS modules as part of a greenfield implementation
    • Design and develop integrations, data extracts, and reports using SQL and Oracle Cloud toolsets (HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs)
    • Support data conversion and validation activities during implementation phases
    • Collaborate with BSAs, architects, and vendors to translate requirements into working solutions
    • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and drive them to resolution
    • Participate in testing cycles including system testing, UAT, and go-live stabilization
    • Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs for long-term maintainability
    • Partner with external implementation partners and contribute to knowledge transfer

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of techno-functional experience on an enterprise ERP platform
    • Hands-on experience in both functional configuration AND technical development (SQL, integrations, reporting) within the same ERP environment
    • Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Oracle Cloud (Fusion), PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Ellucian Banner, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or a comparable enterprise ERP
    • Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL for reporting, data extracts, and integrations
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Direct experience with HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Security) or  Customer Information (CIS/CC&B)
    • Experience supporting an ERP implementation from initial configuration through go-live
    • Background in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, financial services, or healthcare
    • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integration tools: HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or REST/SOAP APIs
    • Experience transitioning from one ERP platform to another (e.g., PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud, SAP to Oracle Cloud)
