Accounting Assistant
- Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Assist with audits, financial reporting, and general accounting functions.
- Utilize Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred).
Human Resources Specialist
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, training, and employee relations.
- Support leadership with employee engagement, performance management, and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
