    Accounting Assistant

    • Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
    • Assist with audits, financial reporting, and general accounting functions.
    • Utilize Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred).

    Human Resources Specialist

    • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, training, and employee relations.
    • Support leadership with employee engagement, performance management, and policy development.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Detail-oriented professionals with excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel expertise preferred).
