ERP Systems Analyst

Job Title: Senior ERP Systems Analyst – Oracle ERP (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
Location: Remote (Buffalo/Niagara region preferred)

Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a global manufacturing company to find two Senior ERP Business Systems Analysts to join their growing Business Applications team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process and technical execution — not just gathering requirements, but getting into the system and making things work.

The company recently completed a major Oracle Fusion ERP implementation spanning Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, with Oracle HCM added in 2025 and PPM currently underway. You’ll step into an environment with real problems to solve, real autonomy to solve them, and a direct path to becoming a trusted SME across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead solution design and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications across Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems
  • Serve as SME for core processes: Work Orders, Outside Processing, Procurement, Inventory, and Planning
  • Own end-to-end resolution of production issues, including root cause analysis and long-term fixes
  • Lead the full enhancement lifecycle — from intake and discovery through deployment
  • Support global ERP rollouts and site implementations, including UAT strategy and go-live stabilization
  • Configure Oracle ERP on the backend — this role goes beyond documentation
  • Mentor junior analysts and help build team standards and delivery processes
  • Engage stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams globally

– 5+ years as an ERP Systems Analyst supporting enterprise ERP systems

– Experience with cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Qualifications
– OTBI reporting, HDL, API/extract-based integrations
– Global ERP implementation or multi-site rollout experience
– Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery model experience
– Post-go-live hypercare and stabilization support
