Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Professional who enjoys both strategy and execution. This role supports business growth, brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, website updates, and performance-driven initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Campaigns & Content

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Create messaging, promotional materials, launch content, remarketing assets, and digital content across multiple channels.
  • Write and edit content for websites, landing pages, emails, blogs, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Turn product and business information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts.
  • Plan, create, and edit video content to support campaigns and brand visibility.

Digital Marketing & Platform Management

  • Update and maintain company websites, landing pages, product pages, and promotional content.
  • Use WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms to manage content, troubleshoot issues, and improve website performance.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and testing.
  • Build and optimize workflows and nurture campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Support social media content publishing and alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Assist with webinars and marketing events, including content, coordination, follow-up, and evaluation.

Performance, Collaboration & Support

  • Track and report on marketing performance, using data to identify trends and improve results.
  • Partner with Sales and internal teams to support pipeline goals and targeted outreach.
  • Use AI and marketing technology tools to support content creation, campaign execution, analysis, and process improvement.
  • Create and maintain marketing process documentation and best practices.
  • Support customer inquiries by phone and chat as needed.
  • Travel to trade shows a couple of times per year.
  • Assist with additional marketing and customer-facing projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website management tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, including automation and segmentation.
  • Content marketing 
  • AI experience

Preferred experience

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve marketing performance.
  • Forward-thinking mindset and comfort using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness
