Now Hiring: Payroll Specialist (Contract) Hybrid | Full-Time (40 hours/week) | 3–6 Month Assignment We’re currently partnering with a client seeking a Payroll Professional for a 3–6 month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who can step in, own the process, and make an immediate impact. What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and best practices
- Advanced Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, reconciliations)
- Ability to manage payroll independently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy What you’ll be doing:
- Processing payroll for a multi-employee workforce
- Handling payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations
- Supporting HR/Finance with payroll-related data and insights
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
