Litigation Attorney – 3+ Years Experience Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their growing practice. This role offers exposure to a diverse caseload across multiple areas of general litigation. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and client meetings
- Manage case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys
- Maintain organized case files and meet court deadlines Practice Areas:
