Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Media Strategist, you will:

Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple digital marketing channels

Optimize paid social, programmatic, and SEM campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and consumer research

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing strategies

Produce performance dashboards and KPI reports, translating data into actionable insights

Communicate directly with clients, delivering recommendations for creative, copy, and campaign improvements

Leverage proprietary ad technology and industry best practices for campaign execution

Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their professional growth
Qualifications – Must Have

1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or programmatic required)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional statements)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment

Full professional proficiency in English
