Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Media Strategist, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple digital marketing channels

  • Optimize paid social, programmatic, and SEM campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and consumer research

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing strategies

  • Produce performance dashboards and KPI reports, translating data into actionable insights

  • Communicate directly with clients, delivering recommendations for creative, copy, and campaign improvements

  • Leverage proprietary ad technology and industry best practices for campaign execution

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their professional growth


Qualifications – Must Have

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or programmatic required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional statements)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)

  • Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM systems

  • Familiarity with cross-channel attribution models

  • Prior agency experience in client-facing roles
