About the Job:

Our client is looking for a dynamic leader who can help take the Help Desk team to the next level.  In this role, you will manage a team of Help Desk Specialists which includes resources that are located outside Buffalo.  This team provides Level II & III support and recently completed the migration to Windows 10. 

  • Will assess current Help Desk processes and lead any changes necessary to comply with Best Practices
  • Will work to build the team as the company continues to grow.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • We are seeking a Help Desk Manager that has demonstrated the ability to effectively lead and delegate work to a team of Help Desk / Desktop Support Specialists
  • Strong Customer Service mentality
  • ITIL experience Desirable
  • Solid background in Windows 10, MS Office,  PC Hardware, Microsoft Cloud Applications
