The Operational Strategy Analyst will work with the COO, Administrative Leaders and Leadership to identify operational and technology gaps, as well process inefficacies across legal and administrative departments. This role will be key in helping to guide and drive enterprise strategy across various departments. They will provide analysis and recommendations to help management make operating decisions to reduce costs, improve profits and return on investment and to achieve goals and plans. Job Duties: Work with administrative teams to identify key business issues, document and articulate problems, develop solutions and recommendations Lead cross-functional projects working with administrative teams and technology teams to accomplish organizational goals Develop current state and future state process frameworks Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business Consulting with the management team to develop long-term firm strategic plans and short term business objectives Develop and monitor KPIs that will be used for ongoing tracking of results Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance or Operations MBA Preferred 5 years’ experience driving operational strategy in a Law Firm setting Excellent Verbal and Written Skills Strong presentation skills using tools such as PowerPoint Strong process modeling experience using Visio or other Flow Chart technology Six Sigma experience preferred
