Our seasoned team of Technical Recruiters and Client Account Managers are the best in the business and are passionate about helping people.  We have created a new position for a Marketing & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team.  This is a great starting point to learn our business which could provide a path to a lucrative career in Recruiting and/or Business Development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Digital Marketing – create strategies for email campaigns to stay connected to our customers
  • Social Media – creating and sharing valuable advice & engaging information for clients & job seekers across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Lead Tracking – follow websites like Indeed and LinkedIn, track job leads in our database & communicate leads to the team.
  • Researcher – Digging into our resume database, updating resume profiles and tagging records correctly to ensure our candidate searches return the best talent for our openings.

Lots of room for creativity – your motivation, strengths and interests will determine how this role evolves!

 

What makes you a successful candidate?

 

  • 3+ years professional work experience
  • Experience creating & posting content on social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills – maybe you authored a blog or have prior digital marketing experience?
  • Strong oral communication skills with the confidence to share ideas & information in group meetings.
  • People person who takes initiative with the ability to multi-task
  • An investigative/inquisitive mind – even better if you have an interest in technology!
  • A four-year degree in Communications, Business, MIS, Marketing or Human Resources could be beneficial.
  • Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva a plus.
