About the Job

Work Type: Remote with preference for candidate willing to be hybrid initially.  Transition to primarily remote once acclimated.  

In this role, you will  manage a team of ~16 staff including Business Analysts, .NET Developers, Report Writers and ERP Analysts.  This is a newly created position that will focus on  creating a collaborative and supportive team that is currently geographically dispersed.  Will continue to develop formal SDLC processes and best practices in the department.  Ideal candidate will come from a Business Analyst background and be able to mentor small team of Business Analysts.  Will delegate work responsibilities, hold team members accountable and  & project management as required.

*Directs the planning and coordination of company-wide Business Systems include ERP and MRP systems supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Document Control and other critical business processes. 

*Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements. Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for system improvements.

*In addition to growing the Business Analyst team, will lead BA efforts for a variety of upcoming projects including ERP upgrades. 


Required Skills

*10+ years of relevant IT / Business Systems Analysis experience with progression into a leadership / managerial role

*Proven experience managing IT staff

*Good understanding of SDLC

*Strong understanding of Manufacturing / Distribution business processes with  ERP / MRP Systems Experience
