About the Job
*Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5pm (On-Site)
*Free Parking in attached, covered ramp
*While this role is initially a 3-4 month contract assignment, historically our contractors are retained long term and are often converted to employees.
- Assist in the procurement of end user hardware (laptops & accessories such as monitor, keyboard/mouse) through company’s preferred supplier.
- Image all hardware per company specs and deploy to the end user which may include shipping to a home or work address.
- May assist with service desk problem resolution for issues with hardware, applications, assist with incident response. This may include work on the phone.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Able to lift computers, small printers, and other associated hardware. Able to operate computer equipment including laptops, PCs, iOS devices.
- 1-2 years of related experience supporting windows based laptops, mobile devices (iPad, iPhone)
- Knowledge of Office 365 including Teams and Teams conferencing, Active Directory.
- Knowledge of network devices.
- Experience with a ticketing system is required, Jira or ServiceNow preferred.
- Experience with a knowledge base, Confluence preferred.
