About the Job

Training Period:  1-2 months onsite  (9-5 PM)

Post Training:  Monday – Friday / 3 PM – 11PM /  1 day in office per week – 4 days remote

*While this role is initially a 3-4 month  contract assignment, historically our contractors are retained long term and  are often converted to employees.

  • Assist in the procurement of end user hardware (laptops & accessories such as monitor, keyboard/mouse) through company’s preferred supplier.
  • Image all hardware per company specs and deploy to the end user which may include shipping to a home or work address.
  • May assist with service desk problem resolution for issues with hardware, applications, assist with incident response. This may include work on the phone.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Able to lift computers, small printers, and other associated hardware.  Able to operate computer equipment including laptops, PCs, iOS devices.
  • 1-2 years of related experience supporting windows based laptops, mobile devices (iPad, iPhone)
  • Knowledge of Office 365 including Teams and Teams conferencing, Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of network devices.
  • Experience with a ticketing system is required, Jira or ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience with a knowledge base, Confluence preferred.
