About the Job

Due to a retirement, our client is seeking an Identity Access Management Administrator to join a small team responsible for user security administration for their ERP systems.  Additionally, they are in the process of revamping their onboarding process and want to leverage automation as much as possible.  This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a department that is modernizing their IAM strategy.

Requirements

2+ years experience in the following:

  • User Lifecycle Management and  IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege access.
  • Familiarity with various authentication methods such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), etc.
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory, including user/group management, policies, and integration with other systems.
  • Understanding of security standards, SOX compliance with the ability to ensure IAM systems comply with these standards for yearly auditing purposes.
  • ERP access management experience with a system like  SAP, MS Dynamics 365, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP, Workday, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, etc. a big plus.
  • Automation scripting skills like PowerShell, Python a big plus!
