About the Job

This position is ON-SITE at one of the three primary locations.  This position is responsible for the server, data center and database operation of over 1800 servers in North/South America.  The selected candidate will have financial management of Server Engineering, Database (Oracle and MS-SQL) and off-the-shelf ERP Applications.  Additionally, the selected candidate will be providing and implementing a roadmap for migration of services into the Microsoft Azure environment.

This position will assure 24 x7 availability of datacenter operations and will ultimately be responsible for critical response for all related areas while striving to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of datacenter operations.    The selected candidate will be Accountable for implementation of Corporate Strategy, security standards, regular lifecycle and stable service operations, especially implementing the roadmap to move outdated operating systems and databases.  This will position will also be responsible for Service Desk operations.


  • 10 years total experience in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise ERP environment, including application hosting, security and information protection.
  • Experience leading overall infrastructure teams in a complex organization, including multicounty setup, managing data protection, etc.
  • Profound technical background knowledge of Server, SAN and related technologies, network communications technology, high availability and disaster recovery architecture.
  • Foundational and operating knowledge of Azure service strongly required (Certifications)
  • Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption, ideally certified in Configuration and Service Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to effectively exchange ideas and information with associates, management and vendors in order to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives.
  • Project Management and Management experience leading physically diverse teams. Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize department’s daily workflow.


Our client offers an extensive Total Rewards Package.  This position is also eligible for between 20-25% bonus, depending on job grade.
