About the Job

With guidance from Systems Administrators, will provide Help Desk support for desktop software & hardware and general end user troubleshooting.


  • Explore, diagnose, trace, and address hardware and software issues affecting computer systems, networks, and equipment, implementing corrective measures
  • Collaborate with users to optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and anticipate future requirements through analysis of user needs
  • Conduct daily monitoring of the overall environment to ensure system health and environmental security
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation for both system and network environments
  • Adhere to a regular patch schedule, covering systems and firmware patches across the network, and maintain detailed records of such activities
  • Stay abreast of technological trends and best practices, providing recommendations for enhancements to system and network configurations


  • Associates degree in related field with two years work experience or minimum four years related experience
  • Must have hands-on experience with desktop support, application, and network connectivity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Azure, Routing protocols required
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL, Intune and VMWare preferred
  • Basic understanding of network LAN/WAN architecture
